Since our license was up for renewal, I thought I would take advantage of a discount NetWin offered for a 4-year renewal.

After paying the fee, I got the usual email with the tellmail command for renewing the key. But disaster has struck, since the key that came back apparently expired in 2003.

I have sent an email to support, but I suspect that all of the Kiwi NetWinners are probably in bed and won't see it for a while.

Anyone on the list have any ideas? This has halted our planned upgrade from v4 to v5.
